We act solely as a facilitator for safari bookings, forest rest houses, hotels, and related travel services.
Safari permits are issued exclusively by the Forest Department and are subject to availability. Permits are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis through official government portals. We do not guarantee confirmation of any safari or forest rest house booking.
Packages prices include government fees and our agency charges. Total cost may vary subject to official government fee revisions or seasonal rates.
Safari permits and forest rest house bookings are governed by Forest Department cancellation rules. In most cases, permit fees are non-refundable once booked. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting government charges, service fees, and payment gateway costs.
Date, zone, or name changes are not permitted once safari permits are issued. Rescheduling requests are subject to fresh availability and revised pricing. Additional charges may apply.
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification and strictly follow forest rules, safari guidelines, and instructions provided by forest officials and guides. Violation of rules may result in denial of entry without refund.
Wildlife sightings, including tigers, are not guaranteed and depend on natural animal movement and forest conditions. No refund or compensation will be provided for lack of sightings.
Corbett Dream Destinations shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses caused by natural calamities, weather conditions, forest closures, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. Participation in all activities is at the guest’s own risk.
