If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at salescorbettdreamdestination@gmail.com. The cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written request, calculated as follows:
Please note that certain components of your package are 100% Non-Refundable immediately after booking, regardless of when you cancel. These include:
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI) used during the booking. Cash refunds are not permitted.
Corbett Dream Destinations is not liable for refunds if the tour is cancelled or modified due to:
In such cases, we will try our best to offer alternative dates or credit notes (subject to vendor and government policies), but a full monetary refund is not guaranteed.
Permits: Safari permits (Name, Date, Zone) cannot be modified once issued. A new booking must be made with full payment.
Hotels/Resorts: Date changes for accommodation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from the resort.
